TouchStar have a dedicated support team that can be reached by phone or email between the hours of 6am and 5pm. These IT professionals are not only proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues but have been ADR trained to ensure that they apply relevant industry knowledge to any resolution proposed.

All hardware repairs are undertaken on site within our Manchester operation. A range of integral and additional enhanced support services are available to minimise the operational impact of any hardware faults that arise, options include:

All inclusive maintenance

  • TouchStar’s all-inclusive support package guarantees long-term hardware support. The comprehensive agreement covers the costs of parts, labour and accidental damage all within a 5 day guaranteed turnaround.

Extended warranty

  • The extended warranty package provides access to TouchStar’s 5 day turnaround guarantee and covers any non-user related hardware faults.

Gold stock swap-out

  • TouchStar offer fully managed service solutions including a next day swap out for all reported hardware faults reported prior to 1pm. This involves the collection and delivery of pre-configured devices to allow rapid and seamless continued operation for our end users.
